
Operator Training – Bucket Truck
True North Safety Safer Together Bucket Truck Training Program is designed to introduce the key safety principles and best safety practices in the safe operation of a Bucket Truck. Our courses are geared towards both experienced and new operators and ensure they are capable and competent to apply the acquired skills to safely and correctly operate a Bucket Truck.
Our Safer Together Operator course are designed in accordance with the parameters set out in the CSA Standard B334 – Safety Standard for the Safe Operation of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms and the Occupational Health & Safety Act, Regulation 851. Industrial Establishments.
Classroom Theory Section
The theory portion provides a classroom presentation (PPT), theory knowledge verification, hands-on learning and practical skills evaluation. The in-class learning focuses on key information required for the safe operation of a Bucket Truck.
The practical component provides operators the opportunity to familiarize themselves on the equipment under the direct supervision of our instructors. Operators acquired skill will be determined through a practical evaluation using industry standards.
